Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from when you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it.

  • For apparel or merchandise: This means unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • For supplements (like our Original Performance Primer): This means unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please visit our Contact Us page. Every return request is reviewed individually to determine the appropriate next steps. If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with instructions. Please note that items sent back without prior approval won't be accepted. In some cases, to make the process easier, we may instruct you to keep the item rather than returning it.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately through our Contact Us page. We'll assess the situation and work towards a resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used supplements.
  • Sale items and gift cards.
  • Custom or personalized products.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get an exchange is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can then make a new purchase for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you if your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
